In 2006 Aleksandra Suchowska worked on the competition of collective urban housing block with commercial functions at KCAP (Kees Christianse Architcts & Planners) in Rotterdam.

The most important factors that led to the final volume were opening in the direction of the water and the specific height variation.
The final form is a combination of commercial-residential function with services on the ground floor, terraces, attriums and the rooftop swimming pool, avialable for the residents.
